You are still young, free…Do yourself a favor. Before it’s too late, without thinking too much about it first, pack a pillow and a blanket and see as much of the world as you can. You will not regret it. One day it will be too late.

Shit My Students Say

Student One: “Miss, I reckon most teachers are pretty dumb. They are dumber than we are.”

A couple of minutes later….

Student Two: “Miss, when is summer?”
Student Three: “In December… duhhh.”
Student Two: “I know that, but I want to know when it starts.”
Student Three: “DECEMBER!”
Student Two: “I KNOW!!! But I want to know what date it starts on!”
Student Three: “The first.”
Student Two: “Thanks, that’s all you needed to say.”

Yeah, we’re the stupid ones.
